The inaugural Rejigger Intensive convenes a small cohort above Lake Geneva to work through what comes next. Over three days, we move through values, aptitudes, and economically viable interests using Suzy Welch's Becoming You methodology paired with the discipline of design thinking. You arrive with your own life as the project; you leave with clarity on what matters, what fits, and what next step is worth prototyping. Rigorous but warm. Structured but alive. Fast, demanding, and, like skiing, a beautiful, slightly terrifying mountain for the first time. Surprisingly joyful.
