Three days in Vermont's Green Mountains for women at midlife.
For women who have spent decades building lives that worked - for children, for partners, for institutions - and now find themselves asking a different set of questions. What is mine? What did I postpone? What does the next chapter want to be?
Over three days, we move through values, aptitudes, and economically viable interests, with attention to the actual conditions of this stage: bodies that are changing, parents who need care, careers at inflection points, the question of what to do with the rest of one's time and attention. This is a structured working session for the kind of midlife inquiry that has been waiting patiently, often for years.
You leave with clarity, a community of women who have done the same work alongside you, and a few prototyped futures worth testing. Housing included.
Cohort of 8. Apply by June 15, 2026.
